皇后大學(xué)商學(xué)院
所有專業(yè)都需要完成PSE (Personal Statement of Experience)，商學(xué)院申請(qǐng)還需要Supplementary Essay，也就是有兩大塊文書要準(zhǔn)備，所有申請(qǐng)者必須提交1個(gè)PSE 和2個(gè)SE，截止日期是February 15。
1. PSE (The Personal Statement of Experience) ，1份， 500字
例題如下：
(1)列出過(guò)去四年里獲得的獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)和榮譽(yù)并作簡(jiǎn)要說(shuō)明(包括空格不超過(guò)200字符)。
(2)列出各項(xiàng)課外活動(dòng)、所投入的時(shí)間和擔(dān)任的職位(包括空格不超過(guò)200字符)。
(3)列出過(guò)去四年的工作經(jīng)歷，包括有償和無(wú)償?shù)娜毢图媛毜墓ぷ?，并且寫明每周工作小時(shí)數(shù)以及持續(xù)的年數(shù)(包括空格不超過(guò)200字符)。
(4)短文寫作：在上面提到的課外活動(dòng)或工作經(jīng)歷中選擇一項(xiàng)，敘述這段經(jīng)歷對(duì)你的影響和你最大的收獲，篇幅不超過(guò)300字。
(5)提供學(xué)校證明人的姓名及聯(lián)系方式，以證明你提交的個(gè)人經(jīng)歷陳述內(nèi)容屬實(shí)。在你填寫之前，必須先征得證明人的同意。
2. SE ( Supplementary Essay )，2份，300字
The Supplementary Essay (SE) is a separate document that has additional questions for Commerce applicants to complete.
例題如下：(1)你有哪些獨(dú)特的觀點(diǎn)或生活經(jīng)歷會(huì)使你成為女王大學(xué)商科2023屆光榮的一員?篇幅不超過(guò)300字。
(2)從你犯過(guò)的一個(gè)錯(cuò)誤中你學(xué)到的最重要的一課是什么?篇幅不超過(guò)300字。
約克大學(xué)舒立克商學(xué)院
1. 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力表格(Leadership Profile )
其中包含學(xué)生參加過(guò)哪些活動(dòng)，在里面擔(dān)任什么職位，結(jié)果如何，以及推薦人的各種聯(lián)系方式。完成后上傳，進(jìn)行下一步。
2. 網(wǎng)上面試。其中包含4個(gè)視頻錄制回答，和1個(gè)書面回答，一共20-30min
題目從題庫(kù)里抽，以下是往屆的題目：

Why do you want to pursue business?
Describe a time that you showed leadership.

問(wèn)題一：工程系的興趣與目標(biāo)(必答)
Question 1: Engineering interests and goals (Required)
簡(jiǎn)短地談一談你為什么對(duì)工程系感興趣，特別是你申請(qǐng)的那個(gè)具體的專業(yè)。評(píng)價(jià)一下你的興趣和能力，職業(yè)目標(biāo)，并談一談你是如何接觸到工程學(xué)這一個(gè)學(xué)科的，是通過(guò)學(xué)校課程，還是其他經(jīng)歷。說(shuō)一說(shuō)你和其他工程家的對(duì)話，或工程學(xué)的老師，或滑鐵盧目前的或之前的學(xué)生的對(duì)話，你們都談到了些什么。(最多900字)
Briefly explain why you are interested in engineering and particularly to which you have applied. Comment, for example, on your interests and abilities; your career goals; exposures to engineering through school related and other experiences, and discussions you have had with engineers, teachers, current or past Waterloo students. Question 3: Programming Knowledge
如果你申請(qǐng)過(guò)軟件工程學(xué)，你需啊向我們展示你可以設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)完好的模塊化程序。所有考生如果有編程方面的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，都應(yīng)該具體地寫出來(lái)。(最多600字)
If you have applied to software engineering, you are required to demonstrate that you have experience in developing well-structured, modular programs. However, all applicants should list their programming experience if applicable.
For every programming language in which you have at least four months of programming engineering, list the languages, number of months of experience you have in using the language (not how long you have known it, and capacity in which you used the language. Eg. Courses completed, work experience, self education)(600 limit character)
第二部分：網(wǎng)上視頻面試 online Video Interview (不是強(qiáng)制性的但建議參加)
考生要回答兩個(gè)問(wèn)題，會(huì)有準(zhǔn)備時(shí)間，然后回答。一共不超過(guò)20分鐘。
The procedure is simple - you will be asked two questions, given prep time, and allotted a set amount of time to respond. The interview requires less than 20 minutes to complete.
可以有很多次練習(xí)，但錄制只有一次。
You will require an Internet connected computer with a functioning webcam and microphone. The system allows for unlimited practice sessions but once you start the formal interview questions you only get one chance - this allows us to see your candid responses.
